Production process characteristics
Anti-stripping high alumina brick is a kind of sintered product made from special high bauxite clinker and ZrO2 compound. The product has strong anti-stripping ability and anti-potassium, sodium and sulfur. Corrosion of chlorine and alkaline salt, low thermal conductivity and so on. Advantage good thermal shock resistance and strong adaptability to the environment.
Anti-stripping high alumina brick has excellent thermal shock stability, high refractoriness under load, high high temperature strength, alkali resistance and clinker erosion of certain mechanical strength, high temperature wear resistance, anti-exfoliation, anti-bonding, knotting, low thermal conductivity, long service life and other comprehensive characteristics.
